Wednesdays in May, 5:30-7pm, ages 8+
Comic books are great entertainment for everyone from young kids to (young at heart) adults. Unfortunately, after a comic’s story has been read (and re-read), they tend to become clutter or sit unused in a box somewhere. For this class, we are breathing new life into these beautiful artworks that are sitting around collecting dust. Students will shuffle through numerous styles of comics and pull some of their favorite art from the pages. After doing so, they’ll crop the chosen images and apply them to large canvases to make a new form of art out of them!
4-week session, 12 students max.
Dates: May 8, 15, 22 & 29
*Please note that there will not be a class on Wednesday 5/1
*There is a three student minimum for this class. If the minimum student requirement is not met, customers who have already paid will be credited the full cost of the class and able to use that credit towards any future class(es).
